Job Overview
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist who knows how to manage collections, maintain accurate customer accounts, and ensure payments are received on time. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems to manage the complete AR cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete Accounts Receivable cycle, including invoicing and collections.
- Maintain accurate customer accounts and perform customer reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze aging reports.
- Perform Cash on Delivery (COD) reconciliations.
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams to resolve payment issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely payments and resolve queries.
Qualifications & Requirements
