Tres Versatile Consultancy is hiring an experienced Online Sales Manager for F&B in Dubai with a salary of AED 5,000 to 7,000 per month. The role involves managing food delivery platforms and online ordering operations for an F&B business, including managing aggregator platforms such as Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Noon and Keeta, handling menu uploads, pricing, photos, promotions and platform updates, monitoring daily orders and coordinating with aggregator support teams, tracking sales performance and preparing basic reports, coordinating with kitchen and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment, and managing customer complaints and feedback received through delivery apps. Candidates need hands-on experience with food delivery apps and aggregator dashboards, with previous F&B or hospitality experience preferred, along with strong communication, coordination and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage delivery platforms such as Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Noon, Keeta and others
- Handle menu uploads, pricing, photos, promotions and platform updates
- Monitor daily orders and coordinate with aggregator support teams
