Job Summary
We are seeking an Accountant with 2-3 years of UAE experience in FMCG, foodstuff trading, or distribution. The ideal candidate will manage daily accounting transactions, handle VAT returns, and maintain accurate financial records using Excel and software like Tally, Zoho Books, or Odoo.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.
- Manage inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
- Handle UAE VAT calculations, returns, and related documentation.
- Assist with corporate tax compliance and financial reporting.
- Monitor customer credit, outstanding balances, and collections.
- Maintain accurate accounting records using Excel and accounting software.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and management teams.
