Job Summary
Genfocus Group is hiring a Store Keeper to join their team for projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The role involves maintaining stock registers, receiving and inspecting materials, issuing materials against requisitions, managing deliveries and shipping, ensuring proper housekeeping of the store area, and maintaining documentation including gate passes, delivery notes, and timesheets. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in MEP or construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain register of entire stock; track material entering and leaving the store.
- Monthly cross-check material as per stock records.
- Receive and inspect materials for quality and quantity before placing in proper location.
- Reserve specific materials for particular jobs when required.
- Issue materials only in required quantities against material requisition notes or material lists.
- Receive signed delivery notes after material delivery.
- Supervise loading and unloading of materials.
- Maintain cleanliness of store area, keeping materials dust-free and ready for immediate use.
- Maintain documentation including gate passes, delivery notes, and timesheets.
Qualifications & Requirements
