Job Overview
Job Summary
Al Hamad Automobiles is seeking a high-potential Chinese automotive professional to support the Operations Manager/Director in managing the relationship with the Chinese automotive OEM and monitoring key business and operational activities for the passenger-vehicle business. The role will act as a link between the OEM and the company's Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the potential to progress from supporting to leading and managing, with the objective of becoming a future OEM & Business Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- OEM Relationship & Coordination – Manage and strengthen relationships with Chinese automotive OEM stakeholders.
- Business & Market Analysis – Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.
- Product & Business Development – Support product planning, launch activities, and business growth initiatives.
- Aftersales & Operational Support – Coordinate with aftersales, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless business execution.
Qualifications & Requirements

Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Automotive, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
- 3 to 7 years of experience, preferably within a Chinese automotive OEM, distributor or passenger-vehicle business.
- Direct experience dealing with a Chinese automotive manufacturer is highly preferred.
- Chinese Mandarin – professional/native level required.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
