Ten Wellness is looking for a customer-focused Female Assistant Advisor to support both reception and call center operations across spa branches in Kuwait. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests professionally upon arrival.
- Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and booking requests.
- Respond to guest queries via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Advise guests on suitable treatments and packages.
- Process payments and maintain daily cash/POS reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate guest records and call logs in the CRM/booking system.
- Coordinate with therapists and branch teams for timely service delivery.
