Datailer Technologies is hiring for two positions on behalf of their client in the UAE. We are seeking an experienced Accountant with minimum 2 years of UAE accounting experience, strong knowledge of IFRS, and CMA qualification preferred. We are also looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive with 2-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably with UAE recruitment experience, to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.

Accountant
- Minimum 2 years of UAE accounting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance or related field.
- CMA qualified or pursuing CMA preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS.
- Good knowledge of UAE VAT & Corporate Tax.
- Experience in AP, AR, General Ledger & bank reconciliation.
- Financial reporting, month-end & year-end closing experience.
- Experience with ERP/accounting software.
- Strong MS Excel and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Talent Acquisition Executive
- 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- UAE recruitment experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE recruitment market.
- Excellent sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn & job portals.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Recruitment agency experience is an advantage.
- Experience recruiting across Sales, Administration, Finance, Logistics, E-commerce and Technical roles preferred.
