Job Summary
Frontline Mechanical Equipment Maintenance LLC is looking for a qualified and responsible Workshop Coordinator for our mechanical workshop in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering with 1-2 years of relevant work experience. Good knowledge of diesel engines and their components is essential, and knowledge of diesel generators, air compressors, forklifts, and heavy equipment will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily workshop activities and allocate jobs to technicians.
- Inspect equipment and understand customer-reported complaints.
- Monitor ongoing jobs and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate spare-parts and material requirements.
- Prepare job cards, inspection reports, service reports, and work-completion reports.
- Maintain complete records of incoming and outgoing equipment and materials.
- Ensure workshop safety and quality standards are maintained.
