Job Overview
Job Summary
2XL Furniture & Home Décor is looking for an experienced Team Leader – Inbound to join our warehouse team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of warehouse experience with a minimum of 1 year in a Team Leader role, strong knowledge of inbound receiving and inventory control, and experience with ERP/WMS systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily inbound receiving and warehouse operations.
- Lead and allocate manpower to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure accurate receiving, checking, unloading and put-away of stock.
- Verify shipments against POs and delivery documents.
- Ensure timely GRN processing and system updates.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, discrepancies and team productivity.
Qualifications & Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications
- 3-5 years of warehouse experience with minimum 1 year in a Team Leader role.
- Good knowledge of inbound receiving, inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and warehouse KPIs.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
