Job Overview
Job Summary
iFM Facilities Management is hiring for two positions in the UAE. We are looking for a Soft Services Executive with 1-2 years of soft services experience, UAE FM experience preferred, and mandatory high-footfall facility experience (shopping mall, airport, or large commercial facility). We are also seeking a Storekeeper with 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Facilities Management, with strong stock control and inventory management skills. Both roles require immediate joiners.

Soft Services Executive
- 1-2 years' Soft Services experience
- UAE FM experience preferred
- High-footfall facility experience mandatory (shopping mall, airport or large commercial facility preferred)
- Housekeeping & cleaning operations experience
- Manpower deployment & team supervision
- Good knowledge of SOPs, HSE & cleaning standards
Storekeeper
- 2-3 years of relevant Storekeeper experience
- Facilities Management experience preferred
- Experience in stock control and inventory management
- Knowledge of receiving, issuing and organizing materials
- Experience with stock records, GRN, LPO and stock reconciliation
- Good computer skills and ERP knowledge
