Job Summary
Joyz Infinite Technologies, part of Joyz Group, is expanding its team in Dubai and looking for a motivated Site Engineer / Supervisor – AV/IT to join our growing operations. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering with 1-2 years of experience in AV/IT installation, commissioning, and site coordination. Freshers with strong technical knowledge and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute AV/IT installation works as per drawings, specifications and project requirements
- Assist in supervising site activities and support technicians and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship
- Install, test, configure and commission AV and IT systems including audio, video, display, control, networking and conferencing solutions
- Ensure all cabling (audio, video, data, control & power) is installed neatly and tested
- Conduct site surveys, prepare daily progress reports and maintain installation records
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project quality requirements
- Coordinate with Project Manager, Engineers and other trades on site
- Identify and report site issues; provide timely solutions
- Ensure proper handling, storage and security of materials and equipment
- Support in system testing, troubleshooting and handover documentation
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate for this Site Engineer / Supervisor – AV/IT vacancy must meet the following criteria:
Mandatory
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering
- 1-2 Years of experience in AV/IT installation and commissioning (Freshers with strong technical knowledge can also apply)
- Basic knowledge of AV systems, IP networking, cabling standards, signal flow and system configuration
- Ability to read and understand drawings, schematics and system diagrams
