Job Summary
BW Interiors is looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Fitout Estimator to join their team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years of UAE fit-out experience in offices, residential, and F&B projects. Expertise in CCS Candy and first-principles estimating is essential. This role involves managing the complete tender process, preparing accurate estimates for high-end fit-out projects above AED 70 million, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete tender process from document review to final submission
- Interpret drawings, specifications and BOQs to establish scope and prepare accurate estimates
- Prepare BOQs, RFQs and first-principles rate build-ups
- Obtain, evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal teams; raise RFIs and attend meetings/site visits
- Identify risks, exclusions, opportunities and Value Engineering options
- Prepare competitive estimates for high-end fit-out projects above AED 70 million
- Manage multiple tenders and meet tight deadlines
- Present and justify estimates and commercial assumptions to management and clients
- Maintain accurate tender records and support the development of junior estimators
Qualifications & Requirements

Mandatory
- Minimum 10 years' UAE fit-out experience in offices, residential and F&B
- Expert in CCS Candy and first-principles estimating
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, suppliers and UAE market rates
- Excellent drawing / specification interpretation and commercial awareness
- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
Eligibility
- Good leadership, mentoring and time-management abilities
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related discipline
- Experience with high-end fit-out projects above AED 70 million
