Job Overview
Job Summary
NBOX Logistics is hiring a Senior Accountant to manage the full accounting cycle, supervise the team, and handle complex billing for warehousing and last-mile delivery services. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience, a strong understanding of CBM-based storage billing, and is fluent in Arabic.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full accounting cycle and supervise the accounting team
- Prepare and review customer invoices for warehousing, storage, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery services
- Calculate and verify CBM-based storage charges according to customer contracts and rate cards
- Handle billing for inbound/outbound, picking, packing, handling, and other warehouse services
- Reconcile last-mile delivery records with customer billing
- Manage accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable, and reconciliations
- Coordinate with Warehouse and Operations teams to ensure accurate and complete billing
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and management analysis
- Support audits, compliance, and internal financial controls
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate for this Senior Accountant vacancy in Doha must meet the following criteria:
Mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
- Arabic language proficiency required
- Must be currently available in Qatar
Preferred Experience
- Experience in 3PL, Warehousing, Logistics, or Last-Mile Delivery
- Understanding of CBM-based storage billing and logistics invoicing
- Strong Excel and accounting/ERP software skills
- Supervisory experience preferred
