Job Summary
John Aluminium & Glass Factory LLC is seeking an experienced Purchase Officer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in purchase and procurement, with a minimum of 4 years of UAE experience. Experience in the construction, aluminium & glass, or facade industry is required. Strong knowledge of suppliers, materials, and procurement processes is essential. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchase and procurement activities for construction and aluminium projects.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for materials and services.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and develop new sources.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and support inventory planning.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders and procurement documentation.
- Ensure all purchasing activities are cost-effective and in line with company policies.
