Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget [citation:3].
- Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates and manage cost control.
- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules [citation:3].
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors [citation:3].
- Develop and implement quality control programs and ensure HSE compliance.
- Represent company on matters such as business services and contract negotiations [citation:3].
- Direct the purchase of materials and manage subcontractor activities [citation:3].
- Hire and supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff [citation:3].

Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 15 years EPC project management experience
- Minimum 5 years in similar position managing multidisciplinary construction teams on ADNOC Onshore projects
- Proven experience in cross-country pipeline, flowline, and wellhead hook-up projects
- Knowledge of ADNOC Onshore project execution standards
- Experience in resource and subcontractor management
- Strong leadership, coordination, and client interfacing skills
- Contract, risk management, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control experience
- Strong commitment to HSE and quality compliance
- Preferred age: Below 45 years
