Job Summary
Al Shirawi Enterprises LLC is seeking a Product Support Engineer for their Abu Dhabi territory. The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of experience in heavy machinery parts sales, a degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering, and strong communication skills. Abu Dhabi market experience is highly preferred. This role involves achieving parts sales targets, managing customers, and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual parts sales targets for the assigned territory
- Manage existing customers and develop new business opportunities in the Abu Dhabi region
- Follow up on quotations, orders, customer requirements, and lost sales
- Visit customer sites regularly and collect market, competitor, and pricing information
- Coordinate with internal teams for parts availability, pricing, back orders, and timely delivery
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate for this Product Support Engineer vacancy must meet the following criteria:
Mandatory
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Automobile Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in heavy machinery parts sales
- Strong communication skills in English
Eligibility
- ERP knowledge, preferably Oracle / SAP, will be an advantage
- Hindi or Arabic will be preferred
- Experience in the Abu Dhabi market is highly preferred
- Dealer-level parts sales experience will be an added advantage
