Job Summary
ATTA Shipping & Cargo is expanding its logistics team in the UAE and is looking for a motivated and experienced Operations Executive to join their growing team. The role involves coordinating day-to-day air freight operations, ensuring smooth shipment handling, timely delivery, accurate documentation, and effective coordination with customers, agents, service providers, and internal teams. Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in freight forwarding is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily air freight operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle import, export, and shipment documentation.
- Liaise with customers, agents, and service providers.
- Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and operational reports.
- Resolve operational issues and provide effective customer support.
- Ensure smooth coordination between internal departments and external partners.
