Zarco Contracting and General Management is urgently hiring for multiple positions in Abu Dhabi. We are seeking qualified professionals for Foreman, Site Engineer, HSE Officer, Quantity Surveyor, Camp and Transportation Coordinator, and Document Controller roles. Candidates must have relevant experience in the construction/contracting sector. Immediate joiners are preferred. Indian and Filipino candidates are preferred for specific roles as indicated.
Open Positions
ForemanSupervise and coordinate daily site activities, manage workforce, monitor work progress, ensure quality and safety compliance. Minimum 5 years experience as a Foreman in construction. Indian preferred. Immediate start.
Site EngineerSupervise daily civil construction work, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, review drawings, prepare progress reports. Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 3-5 years experience. Indian nationals preferred.
HSE Officer/EngineerImplement and monitor HSE policies, conduct site inspections and risk assessments, ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations. 3-5 years experience. NEBOSH IGC and IOSH preferred. Indian preferred.
Quantity SurveyorPrepare bills of quantities, cost estimation, payment requests, final accounts, change orders. 2-4 years experience in construction. Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering preferred. Indian candidates preferred.
Camp and Transportation CoordinatorCoordinate daily vehicle deployment, prepare transportation schedules, manage worker accommodation, maintain camp records. 2-4 years experience in transportation/camp management. Indian preferred.
Document ControllerManage document control procedures, archiving, and document management. Minimum 2-3 years experience in construction/engineering sectors. Filipino candidates preferred.

UAE/GCC experience preferred for most roles
Immediate availability preferred
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage for transport-related roles
