Job Summary
REDCON International is hiring for four key positions in KSA. Senior Document Controller manages project documentation with Autodesk Construction Cloud. Treasury Manager leads treasury functions and banking relationships. Accounting Manager oversees financial reporting and tax compliance. Senior Accountant ensures accurate financial reporting and internal controls. All positions require relevant experience in construction/EPC sector and immediate availability.

The ideal candidates for these positions must meet the following criteria:
Senior Document Controller
- 5 to 8 years of dedicated experience in construction document control.
- Hands-on proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is mandatory.
- Background working with a Main Contractor is strongly preferred.
- Advanced expertise in managing RFIs, shop drawings, and material submittals.
Treasury Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CTP certification preferred.
- 12 to 18 years of treasury experience in Saudi construction, contracting, or EPC.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and mandatory Oracle ERP experience.
- Age: 37-45.
Accounting Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (mandatory).
- 13 to 20 years of progressive accounting experience in Contracting, Construction, or Infrastructure.
- Mandatory working experience with Oracle ERP and strong MS Excel skills.
- Age: 35-40.
Senior Accountant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (mandatory).
- 9 to 15 years of relevant accounting experience in Contracting, Construction, or Infrastructure.
- Mandatory hands-on working experience with Oracle ERP system.
- Age: 30-35.
General Eligibility
- Ready for immediate move to KSA.
- Transferable Iqama required.
