Job Summary
MCT Group of Companies is looking for a Logistics Coordinator / Logistics Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will coordinate domestic and international shipments, liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments by air, sea, and road.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transport companies, and customs brokers.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, COO, and transport documents.
- Coordinate import and export customs clearance activities.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Resolve logistics issues, delays, and documentation discrepancies.
- Plan transport schedules and optimize freight costs.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company procedures.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, sales, and finance teams.
- Prepare logistics reports and monitor delivery performance.
