Job Summary
International Fire Protection System LLC is hiring a motivated Junior Technical Assistant to join their team in the UAE. Freshers with good technical knowledge are highly encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate has a basic understanding of computer hardware components and internet networks, and is currently residing in the UAE. An Associate's degree or technical certification is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and office Wi-Fi connectivity problems
- Provide technical support to staff and assist with IT-related issues
- Maintain and update inventory of IT equipment
- Assist with installation and configuration of computer systems and peripherals
- Support the team with MS Excel and other office applications
