International Fire Protection System LLC is looking for a motivated Junior IT Support to join our team in the UAE. Freshers with good technical knowledge are highly encouraged to apply. The role involves operating and monitoring CCTV surveillance systems, troubleshooting network connectivity, and providing basic IT support. Immediate joiners currently in the UAE are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the live CCTV surveillance system.
- Manage DVR/NVR video footage playback and log footage backups.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity, routers, switches, and LAN connections.
- Act as the initial point of contact for IT support.
- Resolve basic hardware, software, and printer issues.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
