Job Overview
Job Summary
2XL Home is looking for an experienced Joinery Supervisor to lead and supervise the furniture repair workshop team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in furniture repair/joinery and at least 2 years in a supervisory/team leader role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the furniture repair workshop team.
- Oversee furniture repair, joinery, finishing & quality control.
- Assign and monitor work for timely, quality completion.
- Maintain inventory, materials, tools & workshop records.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness & accurate daily reporting.

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in furniture repair/joinery
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory/team leader role
- Strong knowledge of furniture repair, joinery, finishing, and quality control
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in furniture retail, manufacturing, and warehouse
- Experience with ERP systems; Navision preferred
