Job Overview
Job Summary
Benair Group is seeking an experienced HVAC Divisional Manager to lead their HVAC Projects Division toward continued growth and excellence. The ideal candidate has 8-12 years of HVAC project management experience, proven leadership in managing an HVAC Projects Division, and strong expertise in estimation, costing, planning, execution, and project delivery. Mandatory Gulf experience is required. A valid GCC/UAE Driving Licence is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the HVAC Projects Division with excellence and integrity
- Oversee estimation, costing, planning, execution, and project delivery
- Manage client relationships and commercial aspects of projects
- Ensure successful delivery of HVAC projects within scope, budget, and timeline
- Lead and mentor the project management team
- Drive business growth and operational excellence across the division
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate for this HVAC Divisional Manager vacancy must meet the following criteria:
Mandatory
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
- 8 to 12 years of experience in HVAC project management
- Proven experience in leading an HVAC Projects Division
