Job Summary
Al Aswaq Al Watania is looking for an experienced Fruit & Vegetables Category Buyer to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Fruit and Vegetables Category Manager for a Supermarket or Hypermarket chain, with strong UAE F&V market experience and good knowledge of local suppliers, sourcing, pricing, and negotiation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the fruit and vegetables category across all hypermarket branches.
- Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Ensure quality and freshness of products.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
