Job Overview
Job Summary
Kabri International Co. LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have up to 5 years of experience in the GCC in landscaping and infrastructure projects, with strong knowledge of estimating software and MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for infrastructure and utilities projects, including roads, drainage, and wet utilities.
- Analyse project specifications, tender documents, and BOQs to determine scope and cost drivers.
- Coordinate with procurement, planning, and site teams to collect competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare and submit competitive bids, variations, and cost reports in line with project deadlines and client requirements.
- Maintain a database of historical cost data and market rates for future reference.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Maximum of 5 years of experience in the GCC/UAE, specifically in infrastructure and utilities projects
