Job Overview
Job Summary
Tanseeq Investment Group is seeking an experienced Estimator (Infrastructure) to join our UAE operations. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of hands-on estimation experience in roads, bridges, utilities, and other infrastructure projects. The role involves reviewing tender documents, preparing detailed cost estimates, BOQs, rate analyses, and supporting the bid preparation process.
Key Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and prepare BOQs.
- Prepare tender queries and send inquiries to suppliers and subcontractors.
- Evaluate quotations and ensure accurate pricing comparisons.
- Prepare rate analyses and pricing using MS Excel or CANDY software.
- Support the bid preparation and submission process.
- Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams for technical and commercial clarifications.
- Maintain a database of material, labour, and subcontractor costs.
