Tamra Alloys FZE is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Documentation Controller – Logistics to join our team in the UAE. The role involves coordinating with shipping lines for Draft BL preparation, preparing and arranging shipping documents, managing filing systems, maintaining KYC records, tracking containers, and coordinating with internal teams and logistics partners. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in logistics/shipping documentation with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with shipping lines for Draft BL preparation and follow-up.
- Prepare and arrange shipping documents as per requirements.
- Maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
- Manage and update KYC records.
- Track containers and update shipment status.
- Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation.
