Job Summary
Memaar Building Systems FZC is seeking a highly experienced and qualified Design & Estimation Engineer to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings) steel design and estimation, with in-depth knowledge of relevant engineering software and international design codes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and estimate Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings (PEB) structures.
- Utilize MBS and STAAD Pro software for structural analysis and design.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs.
- Ensure compliance with international design codes and standards.
- Coordinate with project teams and clients on design specifications.
- Review and optimize designs for cost and constructability.
Qualifications & Requirements

Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in design and estimation, specifically in PEB steel structures

- Strong knowledge of international design codes and standards including AISC, MBMA, IBC, and AISI
