Job Summary
AX CAPITAL Real Estate is looking for an experienced Chief Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of relevant accounting experience, strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting, and fluency in Arabic and English (speaking, writing, and reading).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and UAE regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support management with financial analysis.
