Job Summary
Al Yah International Holding LLC is looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The role requires 4-7 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE, with strong knowledge of UAE VAT & Corporate Tax. Experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, and cash flow management is essential. Experience with holding/investment companies or multi-entity businesses is an advantage. The ideal candidate will be able to independently manage the accounting function and possess strong Excel and accounting software skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full accounting function independently.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and reconciliations.
- Ensure UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance.
- Prepare budgets and manage cash flow.
- Oversee financial reporting for multiple entities/portfolios.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support strategic financial planning and decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications
- 4-7 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.
