Job Summary
Al Fun Al Jameel General Transport and Contracting L.L.C. is seeking an experienced, responsible, and hardworking Accountant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing daily accounting transactions, preparing invoices and payments, handling Accounts Receivable and Payable, bank reconciliation, cash and petty cash management, payroll, and VAT compliance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of UAE accounting experience and strong knowledge of UAE accounting procedures and VAT.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions efficiently.
- Prepare and follow up invoices and payments.
- Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation.
- Manage Cash and Petty Cash.
- Prepare payroll and salary records.
- Maintain VAT and tax-related records.
- Track cheques and follow up on payments.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Prepare monthly accounting and financial reports.
- Utilize Excel and accounting software effectively.
- Ensure all accounting documents are properly organized and updated.
