Job Overview
Job Summary
Sanco Environmental Services is hiring an experienced Accountant for their UAE operations. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the Facilities Management / MEP industry. UAE experience is preferred. Hindi & English communication skills are mandatory. This role involves handling day-to-day accounting, preparing invoices, managing accounts payable/receivable, and coordinating with clients. Immediate joiners are preferred, and male candidates are preferred for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable
- Follow up on outstanding payments and receivables
- Coordinate with clients regarding pending invoices and payments
- Reconcile bank statements and customer/vendor accounts
- Assist with monthly financial reports and account reconciliations
- Coordinate with the Operations and Management Teams for billing-related matters
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Support the Finance Team with other accounting and administrative tasks
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate for this Accountant – Facilities Management vacancy must meet the following criteria:
Mandatory
- 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience in the Facilities Management / MEP industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
- Hindi & English communication skills are mandatory
