General Requirements for All Positions
Candidates attending the Intermass walk-in interview in Abu Dhabi should meet the following criteria:
- Relevant degree or qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or HSE as per the applied role.
- Proven experience in the UAE/GCC construction industry (experience requirements vary by position).
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, FIDIC, and local authority regulations (for Contracts/QS roles).
- Relevant certifications — NEBOSH, IOSH (for HSE roles) or ISO/QMS certifications (for Quality roles).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Currently in the UAE with a valid visit/employment/cancelled visa.
