Job Overview
Job Summary
Profound Contracting LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join their team in Dubai. The role involves carrying out land and construction surveys for foundation and civil engineering projects, establishing site control points, setting out piling locations, and preparing as-built surveys. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of UAE construction surveying experience, proficiency in Total Station, GPS/GNSS, and Auto Level, and a strong understanding of foundation works.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out land and construction surveys for foundation and civil engineering projects.
- Establish and verify site control points, benchmarks, and coordinates.
- Set out piling locations, pile coordinates, grids, levels, and other construction works.
- Conduct as-built surveys and prepare accurate survey reports and records.
- Interpret and work from approved construction drawings and survey data.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and other site personnel to ensure accurate setting out.
- Operate and maintain surveying equipment, including Total Station, GPS/GNSS, and Auto Level.
- Ensure all survey activities are conducted accurately and in accordance with project requirements and specifications.

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD and construction drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
