Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs for interior fit-out and MEP projects.
- Manage the tendering process from start to finish, ensuring competitive and profitable bids.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and scope of work to develop comprehensive estimates.
