Job Summary
SANED Facility Management, a subsidiary of Sharjah Asset Management Holding, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team in Sharjah. The role requires extensive accounting experience, strong expertise in SAP ERP and IFRS, and proven ability to lead financial operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a Senior Accountant role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage financial operations including general ledger, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal accounting policies.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
- Manage and mentor junior accounting staff.
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely audit completion.
- Drive process improvements and financial system enhancements.

Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Minimum 3 years in a Senior Accountant position.

- Strong knowledge of IFRS.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
