Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates and quantity take-offs for construction and waterproofing projects.
- Administer contracts and manage project cost control activities.
- Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports for management.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate measurement and valuation of work.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contract administration.
