Hepton Electromechanical Company is looking for a qualified and experienced Procurement Officer to join its team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on sourcing and procuring construction and MEP materials, evaluating supplier quotations, and ensuring timely material availability for projects. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree or diploma, have 2 to 5 years of procurement experience preferably in the MEP or construction industry, and good knowledge of local UAE suppliers. Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure construction and MEP materials.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Maintain supplier relationships and procurement records.
