Job Summary
Alpha Data is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement and Logistics Executive with 3-5 years of UAE experience, ideally in the Information Technology sector. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a solid understanding of vendor management, and a background in procurement operations. Key Responsibilities
- Identify the most appropriate supplier for the designated product and determine availability.
- Perform comparative pricing, and negotiate pricing and payment terms.
- Issue purchase orders as per Alpha Data's Procurement Policy.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Cost control and budget compliances.
- Manage vendor relationships and source new vendors as per the requirement.
- Prepare Monthly Procurement performance review report as per KPI.
- Receive ordered materials per laid down procedures and process GRN.
- Store received materials, run stock reports, and follow up on pending items not moved out from stock.
- Send GRN documents to accounts payable for processing vendor payments.
