Job Overview
Job Summary
Al Naboodah Construction Group is looking for a Planning Engineer to monitor project progress and ensure activities adhere to approved programmes, supporting the timely and successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering with certification, have 3 to 5 years of construction industry experience, and be able to monitor and analyse progress data using specialist planning software. Key Responsibilities
- Develop contract programmes and resource plans in conjunction with Project Leads, the Contracts Planning Engineer, Deputy Planning Manager, and the Estimation & Commercial Department.
- Assist in the preparation and approval of master programme reviews, recovery, target and T&C programmes, together with material, drawing, and method statement logs.
- Monitor project progress, conduct earned value assessments, and update manpower, resource, cost-loaded programmes and forecasts.
- Prepare and review weekly and monthly reports and maintain EOT logs.
- Carry out delay identification, prepare notices and particulars, manage correspondence, perform delay analysis, and recommend mitigation measures.
