Job Summary
Quantum Aluminum & Glass Industries LLC is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Junior Procurement Officers to support our purchasing operations for aluminum, glass, façade, and construction-related materials. The ideal candidates should have a procurement or purchasing background, preferably within the aluminum and glass industry, with the ability to coordinate with suppliers, request quotations, compare prices, follow up on deliveries, and support purchase order documentation. 2 positions are available with immediate joining preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with suppliers to request quotations for aluminum, glass, facade, and construction materials.
- Compare supplier offers and recommend the most cost-effective options.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders in compliance with company policies.
- Follow up on deliveries to ensure timely receipt of materials.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.
- Support the procurement team with supplier communication and coordination.
- Ensure cost control and budget compliance in purchasing activities.
- Assist in maintaining stock levels and inventory records.
Qualifications & Requirements
