Job Summary
CMS | Holoul is expanding and we are currently hiring for the position of Collection Officer. The successful candidate will handle daily collection activities, follow up with customers for outstanding payments, and negotiate repayment plans. This is a full-time position with walk-in interviews available from Thursday 23rd July to Saturday 25th July, 2 PM to 5 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily collection activities and follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
- Communicate with customers to negotiate and agree on repayment plans.
- Demonstrate decent knowledge in negotiation and tracing.
- Handle customer queries related to payments and resolve issues professionally.
- Meet assigned collection targets and contribute to overall team performance.

Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
