VKN Group of Companies is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to join their team in Dubai. The role involves establishing cleaning standards, coaching and developing cleaners, scheduling duties, inspecting equipment, controlling material usage, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year of UAE experience in a similar supervisory role.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish cleaning standards and procedures for workers and ensure adherence.
- Coach and develop employees (cleaners).
- Schedule and assign specific duties/roles to cleaners and ensure expert execution.
- Inspect cleaning equipment regularly and request replacements when worn-out.
- Control and monitor usage of cleaning materials to avoid waste.
- Provide required assistance to cleaners while they carry out duties.
- Manage cleaners' grooming and appearance.
- Check chemical stock and requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve customer complaints.
