Job Overview
Job Summary
Alutal Aluminium & Glass LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to support its Finance team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, have 3 to 4 years of UAE experience as an Assistant Accountant, and bring mandatory experience in the construction or aluminium & glass industry. Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and Excel are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain cash records.
- Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
- Assist in VAT documentation and statutory compliance.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and auditors.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements

Mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of UAE experience as an Assistant Accountant.
- Mandatory experience in the construction or aluminium & glass industry.

- Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
