Hyatt Place Dubai/Al Rigga is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Officer to join the Finance team. The role involves accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, payments, and financial records while supporting the smooth operation of the hotel portfolio. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of accounts payable experience, preferably within hospitality, and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices, expense claims, and payment requests accurately and on time.
- Ensure payments are made according to agreed credit terms.
- Reconcile vendor statements and promptly resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation for audits and compliance.
- Assist with month-end accounts payable reconciliations and reporting.
