Job Summary
AD Ports Group is seeking an experienced Revenue Accountant to join their team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing and supervising the revenue team, implementing billing process improvements, ensuring revenue reconciliations, and preparing reports for senior management. The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of experience in Accounting & Finance in the transportation or related industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the revenue team on a day-to-day basis.
- Implement improvements in billing processes to prevent revenue leakages.
- Ensure discounts and special tariffs are approved per DOA.
- Review and approve credit notes as per DOA.
- Coordinate in resolving customer billing issues.
- Perform revenue reconciliations between Oracle and other system integrations.
- Prepare revenue analysis and reports for senior management.
- Ensure proper GL code mapping for all billable items.
- Attend periodic internal and external audits.
- Act as a Business Partner for KP Region, Corporate and Marine Services.
Qualifications & Requirements
