Job Summary
Hunter Foods is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Controller to join its quality team at NIP, Dubai. The role suits a quality professional with strong experience in food manufacturing, food safety systems, quality control, and regulatory compliance. The selected candidate will help maintain quality and food safety standards across raw materials, production, packaging, and finished goods, while supporting continuous improvement across the quality team. A valid UAE driving license and own car are mandatory, and flexibility for rotational and night shifts is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor quality control activities across raw materials, production, packaging, and finished goods.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000, GMP, GHP, and product specifications.
- Monitor CCPs, in-process quality checks, packaging integrity, and product release activities.
- Investigate non-conformances, deviations, and complaints, and support RCA and CAPA actions.
- Conduct GMP, hygiene, sanitation, and internal quality audits.
- Support quality reporting, traceability exercises, mock recalls, and team coordination.
Qualifications & Requirements
