Job Summary
Tarrad Development is seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Engineer to manage the complete procurement life cycle of Civil, MEP and Fit Out packages, covering both sub-contract and supplier scopes, for its residential building construction projects in Business Bay, Dubai. The role is responsible for vendor management, tendering, commercial negotiations, contract administration and ensuring timely delivery while achieving cost optimization. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and has a minimum of 10 years of experience in building construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Procure civil, MEP and fit out materials in line with project requirements.
- Source, evaluate and manage suppliers and subcontractors.
- Obtain competitive quotations and prepare purchase orders.
- Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure timely material delivery.
- Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and procurement policies.
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities and evaluate technical and commercial bids.
- Coordinate with project and engineering teams to ensure cost-effective sourcing.
