Job Summary
Zarco Group is seeking a qualified and experienced Project / Procurement Marine Engineer to join its team in Abu Dhabi and support its marine and offshore projects. The role manages procurement activities for marine projects, sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors, preparing technical and commercial evaluations, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring compliance with specifications and contractual requirements. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or a related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the marine, offshore, dredging, shipbuilding or maritime industry. Immediate joining is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement activities for marine projects and operations.
- Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare technical and commercial evaluations of quotations and proposals.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Monitor project schedules, procurement status and budget requirements.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and contractual requirements.
- Maintain procurement records and project documentation.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal departments to support project execution.
Qualifications & Requirements

Mandatory
- Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the marine, offshore, dredging, shipbuilding or maritime industry.
- Strong knowledge of marine equipment, materials and procurement processes.
